So, as well as being a Cheshire newborn photographer, I'm actually a veterinary surgeon (but please, no asking me to empty Fluffy's anal glands mid-shoot...)!
I have two kiddos of my own, and one stonker of a birth story - #2 was born headfirst into our ensuite toilet (and no, we didn't name him John, or Louis). My style of parenting? I'm usually the one laughing instead of comforting when one of them does a spectacular fall, woops.
I play the cornet in my local brass band; rehearsals are my weekly dose of "me" time and I couldn't cope without them!!
I'm originally from Northumberland aka "the true north", and my accent is prone to return when on the phone to my mam, or when particularly angry (usually not at the same time!).
My passion is trying to make folk realise the real value of documenting their family within their own home - helping them see past the clutter and the scribbles on the wall, realising that is is precisely all these imperfections that make their home perfectly theirs.
